Sheesh, Spider-Man editor Steve Wacker has been making the rounds! IGN Comics, Newsarama and Comic Book Resources all have interviews up, in which the man talks about “Brand New Day,” a.k.a. the new creative direction Spider-Man’s taking after the current “One More Day” story finishes up (more on that tomorrow or so).
I’ve got to say, I’m impressed with how Marvel Comics have been pushing “Brand New Day”! While there’s a lot they can’t mention, as the last issue of the preceding “One More Day” story (Amazing Spider-Man #544) isn’t out yet, as evidenced by the heavily “censored” Brand New Day bible Marvel released not long ago, these interviews will no doubt garner a lot of interest.
Personally? I’m pretty psyched. Although whether I buy it or not may depend on how “One More Day” ends. Why? Find out tomorrow (or at some point this week)…
